Shop mechanics and the owner are CROOKS. My family had 3 cars destroyed… they didn’t fix the problems instead they only made money off of us with fixing the problems. Avoid this place at all cost if you love you wallet and your car!!!

just got my oil change on my Sequoia. These guys are fast and top notch. 8 liters full synthetic. Great price for the work. I'll be bringing my cars here from now on. Thanks a lot guys!!

Came here today to get my air and cabin filter replaced. I already had the parts. $25 for labor, and was back on the road in less thank 30 minutes! You can't beat that!

Those mechanics they have there are useless. They changed the ball joints on my truck about a year ago and they are already damaged. They charge a lot and put in very low quality parts. And that one is there on the computer.

Service was great Javier and his staff are great came in for new spark plugs and he went through the whole process.

The service here is amazing and the manager treats you like family i recommend this place to anyone

Brought my honda fit in for an oil leak. It was fixed in a timely manner and reasonably priced. Great customer service. Will be returning. Definitely recommend it.

Went in for oil leaks. They charged me $500 to change gaskets. Plus 60 for steam clean. They said they had to steam clean to find leaks. They said they changed all gaskets. From the repair and For over a month, My motor continued to smell hot and some white smoke in motor. I went back. they kept my car for half a day. They said they had to steam clean again to see if there were leaks. Not having much confidence, I drove my car home and said I'd be back in the morning. I went to another mechanic. He immediately saw oil from top view. When he lifted it, more oil. That mechanic thought best lube did not change the gaskets on one side. I decided to just have the new mechanic do the repair with real Toyota parts.

Miguel I believe is his name. He is the most honest and humble person I've ever met. He is patient and kind, if u ever need a oil change ask for Miguel he will take care of you. Happy customer for 10 years.

Called ahead of time and was told the wait would be 20-25 minutes I showed up 5 mins later and here I am an HOUR into my wait! Guess they love to lie to get you to come to their shop won’t be coming back here anymore

Always go here. They're real honest. One time they screwed a bolt wrong and my truck was leaking so I took it back and they redid the oil change no charge. I Recommend these guys.

My family and I have gone to Best Lube for the last 20 years! We really appreciate their work and honest service. They always remember us as well. It's important to support small local businesses. This shop wont jerk you around about pricing. They will be honest about the timing in which something may need to be replaced or repaired.

service is superb. prices are incredible. and man are they fast. they aren't the closest oil change place to my house, but I wouldn't bring my cars anywhere else.

Went in a long time ago for an oil change. Got my oil change. Everything's fine. Next time I get my oil change at a different place and they told me no. The last guy to change your oil put your thing in sideways and now its impossible. Bring it to a Mechanic and have them fix it. They had to make it oversized.

Best Lube is the best. The service department offers every kind of maintenance and repair at absolutely fair prices. I have been a happy customer for 9 years. UPDATE: Now it's been 13 years, and Best Lube is still just that - the Best!

Best place to go if needing an oil change and anything else fluid wise for your automotive needs. Great service and no pressure to do anything but what you want to your car. Also if you need any car services outside of fluids, stop next to the shop in the same parking lot. Javier is the best at what he does, and he saved me from a catastrophic breakdown when he noticed the alternator pulley was grinding and throwing shavings. The bearing in it was so bad that after putting in the new one, he showed me the nad alternator pulley shaft had a HALF INCH play and was nearly out! Both the shop side and oil change side are efficiently run, quite popular, and they do a good job on your car I've been going here since 2018 and have had A/C service, CV joints replaced, brakes and shocks replaced, fuel line replaced, cabin filter changed, and many oil changes. Also received great advice and explanations, along with upfront pricing expectations.

Uses bad quality parts and charges too much labor fees. Promises warranty but never fix anything. Not recommend to anyone at all.
